Shipping policy
New Zealand Delivery
Delivery Service: We use NZ Couriers and NZ Post for overnight delivery to cities and towns across New Zealand. Deliveries in Auckland may be slower compared to other locations. Rural deliveries are made via NZ Post's rural service and may take up to three or four days.
Packaging and Processing of Orders
In-Stock Items: Orders of in-stock items are packed and dispatched either on the same day or the next day.
Out-of-Stock Items: If items are out of stock, we will order them from the New Zealand manufacturer, usually delivered within one to three days. If there’s a longer delay, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping Rates
Calculation: Shipping rates are based on the parcel's weight and the destination within New Zealand.
Tracking
Tracking Information: Parcels cannot be tracked directly with the consignment number on your parcel. NZ Post can track these parcels and provide updates if a parcel is delayed or missing. Contact us if you are concerned about your parcel, and we will get the information from NZ Post and pass it on to you. Your goods are fully insured against loss or damage in transit. Parcels can be sent to PO Boxes or street addresses.

International Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped outside New Zealand may be subject to import duties, VAT/GST, customs clearance fees, or other taxes imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping charges and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Customs regulations and import charges vary by country and may change without notice. Unfortunately, we are unable to predict or control these charges.
If you are unsure whether your order may incur additional fees, we recommend contacting your local customs authority before placing your order.
Delivery Delays
International shipments may be subject to customs inspection, particularly in the UK, Europe, and North America. We have no control over customs processing times and cannot guarantee delivery timeframes once the parcel arrives in the destination country
Orders from Australia
In accordance with Australian regulations, GST may apply to orders shipped to Australia and will be calculated at checkout where required.
